How To Remove the Filter condition from the widget in Employee Center Portal

Hi everyone,
We have this functionality in Employee Center Portal wherein users can see the list of tickets (Incidents/Request) they created or created on behalf of them. This is placed inside a widget and the data is configured in sp_instance_table.
However, we just found out that the filter condition is actually visible and if users modify the filter, they could actually view all the ticket which is not supposed to happen because NON-ITIL users shouldn't have visibility on tickets of other users. Is there a way to hide/remove the filter condition so that users can't modify the conditions we've set on the portal? Please refer to the image below:

Can u please check Option Schema of that widget:
"name":"enable_filter","default_value":"false"

@Irene M Disable the "Enable Filter" didn´t work for us. Filter is still visible in Portal.
