Hi @Prathamesh Chav ,
You can control it by using "Order" field of the variable.
If you just have Variables :
- Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items.
- Open the catalog item to edit.
- Navigate to the Variables related list.
- Set the order value as required.
If you are using Variable set :
Open the Variable set and change the order value of the variables listed:
- Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items.
- Open the catalog item to edit.
- Navigate to the Variable Sets related list.
- Click on the reference icon for the variable set.
- Set the order value as required.

you will have to adjust position of other variable without which it's not feasible
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hello @Prathamesh Chav ,
I agree with @Community Alums , you need to change the order of your variable in order to adjust it under the start date.
Please mark my answer as accepted solution and give thumbs up, if it helps you.
