Is there a kind of social platform that similar to Facebook dedicated for employees to share their social activities in the company?

I'm not sure but I'd say nothing OOTB by ServiceNow.. there might be capabilities by enhancing a service portal or the community forum, but it would look more like this very page where we are communicating rather than facebook or any other social network...

Possible:

• you can post questions, articles, photos, videos
• comment,
• rate
• send private messages to one or more users,

Not possible:

• set your personal status,

There will be more but this is a brief brainstorming...

You can use Communities for your use case :Activate Communities plugins
