Is there a way to add Additional Details from the approval item to the My To-dos widget (HRM Todos Summary)

Hi,

I am currently looking into "My To-dos"  and would like to gather more information from the requested item/approval item when it comes to "Approve Request". In below picture, Widget (HRM Todos Summary).

I would either have a new section with answered questions from the order, or a New tab such as in the Widget (Standard Ticket Header) which has a tab "Additional Details", see below.

Desired outcome would then be something like this:

In short we would like necessery approval information to be available first hand in the My To-dos section instead of forcing the approver to click the link to the item ordered, to avoid the extra step.

Do you mean the To-do configurator where you can add the extra display fields to it?

Basically, we wanted to add the Order guide variables to the "Open by" area like the example in the image below.

May I ask you where to configure "Pulling down the catalog variables into the approval record under To-Dos"?

Where do you configure this option to pull down the catalog variables into the approval record for Requests under To-Dos? We are on the latest version of Employee Center 31.0 but we don't see the catalog variables in the approval record for a request. However, the catalog variables do show for a RITM approval record.

Hi,

Has anyone figured out a solution to this? The variable summarize does not populate when configured in the To-Dos for Requests.
