Knowledge articles not showing up in Topic Content

Hi SNOW Hive,

 

When I first created a child topic, I did add the knowledge category to it using the related link.

However it seems like we have to do that everytime we publish a new knowledge article within the same category. Is this a bug?

 

Any leads appreciated.

This is by design, as far as I know.  That link is to map all existing content at that time from the category to the topic.  If you add additional content later, you will need to map it individually or through this link.

You can add all the KB Articles of the mapped KB Category by clicking on the link "Check for new content in categories"
