Knowledge Base filtering feature available for segmentiation

I have a knowledge base with hundreds or articles, it is accessed by users from different countries and that speak different languages. Currently, I'm facing an issue where if users select a category from the landing, it will show all articles under that category with no option of filtering.
What features are available in the Knowledge Module to automatically filter content so that users only see what's in their language and relevant to their country?
