Lab 2.1.1 Theme Builder

Using a Zurich instance, I've committed the 2.1.1 update set and attempted the Configure an Instance - Theme Builder lab several times but it does not return the created and published theme .  I've logged out and back in but still the same.  Does anyone have any suggestions or knows how can I get assistance.  Thank you.

maybe you can start with sharing what course are you taking, there are multiple classes with labs and it is not clear which one this is referencing to..

That and showing the exact list of requirements, screenshots with what you did and the error message is something that could also help. The more details provided the better...

My apologies, I am in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - On Demand Module 2, Lab 2.1.1,  I can not copy from the ebook, so the steps are below:   

Logged in as Admin, 

• Create a theme
• Enter theme name
• Apply primary color,
• no secondary
• leave neutral brand color as....
• no additional colors
• upload company logo from lab file
• choose font
• more rounded for corner shape
• Create theme
• Change Page to Manager
• Select More actions -> publish
• Select Publish on pop-up
• Mark as default
• navigate back to main menu

No errors are returned, but the expected theme is not applied.

I passed that lab long time ago so I don't remember all the details but if you are not seeing the theme that you are supposed to see, then you can follow these steps:

And eventually to check if you are using the correct user (e.g. Sys Admin x Platform User)..

Thanks so much.  Makes sense, I was able to select the theme.  The lab instructions tells says that it will populate when returning to the dashboard which did not happen.  Thanks again.
