Hello,
I am looking to add the Resolution notes under the My Requests for Incidents. The resolution notes are available in the normal activity feed on the INC record but it does not show up on the ESC. I figure that there is a Widget that needs to be updated but I can't find one for Incident under Service Portal - Widgets.
Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the name of the widget. You can find this anytime by holding CTRL + Right Click over a widget.
I don't believe Resolution information is provided Out of the box.I'd need to refresh my memory, but I think Resolution fields arn't available to end users, as they are considered ITIL fields for data insights and reporting. With the general practice being additional comments being used. But I'd need to double check.
Remember that editing OOTB widgets requires them to be cloned first, so you would need to maintain your own version of the widget
