Is it possible to to redirect a mega menu item to a specific URL ?  For example I need to redirect hardware and software to KB article page, how can we achieve this requirement?

Hi there,

With a minor workaround you can. You can create your own Topic page template and apply that on your Topic, and setup a Page route map... job done.
(you might not see this instantly working: cashing!)

In my opinion this is a workaround though, so up to you if you want to go that direction.

Its not possible, we have to modify the requirement and work accordingly.
