@Gaurav Rotke1 Knowledge base is catered for in Employee Center and in certain cases actually looks a lot better. I guess the thing here is to shake out of the old structure of
'I have a Service Catalog and a KnowledgeBase'
With Employee Center (also obviously depending on how you structured your taxonomy) I find it easier to think of Topics as Categories, as you would have called them before.
So you might have a KnowledgeBase that has all your IT stuff in it.
If you have a topic for Software, you can connect all the Software related KB articles to the topic. So you see you are not linking an entire KB, you are just connecting the relevant articles.
There is options then you have to just provide your full KnowledgeBase in a EC for users to browse. I feel this best works with either a Quick Link in the Taxonomy as a whole, or a Quick link on the homepage itself.
Hope that makes sense?

Hi @Gaurav Rotke1 ,
You can get some idea from my Article : https://www.servicenow.com/community/employee-center-blog/how-to-add-cart-menu-item-in-esc-esc-pro-h...
Just, one change, while creating a new Menu item record, in my article i have used "page" you can use"URL" and provide the URL address below and check it works.

Thank you @Community Alums for your reply, your article was helpful for header menu item, but when we add more than one item it just creates a dropdown, is there any way to avoid that?
And regarding current requirement, I wanted to redirect mega menu item, is this possible without using header menu?

Hi @Gaurav Rotke1 ,
NOpe, this creates a Dropdown under "More".
Without an header menu it's difficult unfortunately.
