Mega Menu issues with Employee Center Pro

The mega menu seemed to be working before updating our plugins to Employee Center Pro and now I cannot get the mega menu to show. I have the taxonomy active and have tried cloning it and associating the cloned taxonomy but it is not working. I only see 'More, Org Chart and Chat' as options and 'More' does not even function. Not sure where to go to check on this further. I can't add menu items through the portal > main menu > related list items like I have read about either.

Thanks Rob! I just got off a call with support and it turns out the issue was that I didn't have the correct theme associated with my employee center. I changed the theme and it brought in the header, footer and connected content to popular topics. Now I just need to go back re-apply the correct css and branding. Your help was greatly appreciated!

Oh man! I had theme in my mind, but thought that would be to easy...

And what theme was that?  I have the same issue, I've cloned taxonomy, disabled the original, repaired plugins.  My ESC Pro level portal (/esc) is set to the ESC Theme.  My only taxonomy on this portal is the one I cloned.  All topics and subtopics are active.  I still have no mega menu.

Try the EC Theme, Michael. And make sure you loaded you plugins with Demo Data (if you have not done so already. If you didn't, then you would need to use the repair or load demo data only options when you go back to the plugin(s)).

When you install EC Pro, it will turn your taxonomy inactive.   Go to your Service Portal record for your Employee Center and go to the Taxonomy Tab at the bottom and activate it again.
