Migrate service portal to employee center

Hi All! Does anyone have experience of migrating existing IT Service Portal to Employee Center.

How to approach this and what ESC has to offer, any documentation that would be helpful.

The community portal has changed a lot & now offers you a centralized place for documentation & I would also look through the historical Academies. They had several on how to do this as well as comparing the products. On the Product Hubs menu is an Employee Center option. 

The other centralized place to get started that also include basic template for the project plans is Now Create. I don't know this site as well but many people find it very helpful.
