Create request from Email

Hello Team, I want to understand how Request can be raised via Email in Servicenow. Is this the preferred OOB method to raise request?

HelloI created a feedback definition with type = In Page. I selected the page = my_request but the expected result which is to display the widget on the 'my request' page does not happen Is anyone familiar with this widget?
