Missing selection of sort by A/Z or by Popular while language of the user is other than English

Hi,
There is a missing selection of sort by A or Z or by Popular while language of the user is other than English. Also, for the non-english user if we type any keyword in search bar the sort by option gets visible but still its not showing the result even if some related search result is present. Search bar as well as sorting is not working individually for non-english users. Providing the screenshots for reference.
Please let me know if you have any solution.

This is by design and very bad.
I raised a HI ticket a while ago and got this as answer:
"This option was removed in the solution for PRB1796462 - which is stated in the PRB which customers have access to. I can confirm that our Development team have stated that sorting alphabetically is not currently supported for non-english languages in the ESC Topic page. Our Product Manager is aware that this is something customers are starting to ask for."
There is an idea raised, go there and vote it up, and hopefully one day we will have it 🙂
