Modify the ServiceNow GUI to ease of the user to create a mass change request

Hello Team,

We are looking to modify the ServiceNow GUI to ease of the user to create a mass change request without any confusion.

For example,

when user selected the Mass change Data option, he/she should not see the Support resources windows and also the mass change data option should be visible on the home screen, not in the Master Data Services tab.

Please help on how we can achieve this
