Need to place the create incident in Employee Center portal

Hi Team,

I would like to place a create incident option in employee center portal. The detailed info is given in the below image please refer.

Hello @Yasin Shaik11 ,

You can achieve this by creating a Connected Content for IT for IT topic. To do so, navigate to Content Taxonomy --> Topics and open IT for IT topic record, now scroll down to Connected Content related list and add a new record as below:

And you can then change the order of this content as per your desire, and it will be visible on ESC portal like below:
