Not able to click on Submit button by ATF while trying to submit hardware request in Employee Center

Hi,
Even after trying Custom UI step (Click Component), unable to retrieve the submit button.

Also have tried the submit the form(SP) option, which is also not working and test runner is getting stacked indefinitely.

Please help to click on it.

So, we have list of catalog items in the Employee Center.

I am clicking on the catalog items -> Navigating to Request hardware page (its in sc_cat_item) and then filling the form with details such as phone number, address etc and clicking on submit button.
There I am finding the issue while trying to click submit button from ATF.
