Organization Chart (EC) Widget not showing tree structure and search not working

Hi, We are trying to implement HRSD for client and me migrated to EC pro from service portal. On my org chart page, tree structure is not visible and even search for employee is not showing anything.

Hi @ShubhamG8662710 ,

 "my org chart" page (and also other components like the "Organization Chart (CD)" Widget), are installed with the "Content Publishing" plugin. A plugin that is automatically installed when installing Employee Center Pro.

If everything configured well as per doc : Organization chart 

Then, make sure "Page Route Map" is for the record is "Active"

Hey Kaz, To be honest I don't remember how it was done but definitely i configured the page route maps as this was super long ago!
