Hi experts,
Our catalog search results in the portal when opened displayed the page Id=form instead of id=sc_cat_item.
Why is this behavior and how can I fix this?

I am assuming you are using AI Search. If so:
- Go to AI Search > Service Portal > Search Results Actions
- Open the record for "Catalog", where the Service Portals column includes your portal record.
- If one does not exist, add your portal to the correct record.
- This can happen when you have multiple or custom (i.e., didn't update the OOB) EC or ECP records.
- Ensure the Portal page is sc_cat_item

Hi Susan,
Our portal has already been added to this catalog record but still page id is form.
Is it something to do with page route maps? I see route from has 'form' for couple of records

Page route maps can come into play. You can verify there isn't anything routing TO "form".
Can you attach a screenshot of your Search Results Actions record?

Previously we had only knowledge as facet and navigation tab for search results and this page route map was configured.
When I tried to change this record's route to with 'sc_cat_item', I'm able to see catalog form but when I open knowledge result, it is throwing some error
