Hi Friends,
I'm into ServiceNow HRSD Employee Center Portal Implementations where we have enabled Bell Icon for any events to notify users like when cases are getting created or commented or awaiting acceptance.
But, Bell Icon subject line is not getting translated into user local languages like China or Brazil....etc.
When we did our analysis we have found that, Bell Icon notifications Subject Line taking values from this table configurations .
sn_ex_sp_notifs_portal_notification_content_list -- this table where all bell icon notifications logs will be generated.
sn_ex_sp_notifs_portal_notification_content_config -- this table is a configuration table where this hold all notifications and into this table. Content Template and Content Param are getting used to pull messages on Bell Icon .
Please help me to perform translation for Bell Icon Notifications for user preferred languages.
