We are currently conducting discovery to build an entirely new ServiceNow instance due to two companies merging as one. Today, ServiceNow is mainly utilized for our internal customers to interact with IT, place requests (i.e. equipment, software enhancements, application access, etc.), or report service disruptions. One of the key complaints has been the ServiceNow portal. Our associates provided feedback that they have a hard time finding what they need to request and that the portal is clunky. We are currently running Xanadu.
I'm looking for knowledge on providng a great user experience in Employee Center, but everything I see is outside of our current use case. Would anyone have recommendations where I can see examples of other EC configurations that fit our current use case or other resources for building a great UX in ServiceNow?
