Record producer is not visible on ESC but on SP it's.

Hi, 

I have one question. Theres one record producer 'Retire a Standard Change Template' its not coming under ESC search and i tried to add this in existing category(through taxonomy) to check but its not visible there also. Same RP is available in SP search. What can be the issue. If anyone help. Thanks in advance
