I want to implement a recruitment module in ServiceNow with the following functionalities:
- Job Posting: Create and publish vacancies internally and externally.
- Applicant Tracking: Track applications, categorize candidates by stages, and maintain a central database.
- Application Management: Allow candidates to apply online with resume uploads and integration into the system.
- Interview Scheduling: Automate interview scheduling with calendar integration and reminders.
- Communication: Automate/manual communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Streamline offer generation and acceptance tracking.
- Reporting: Provide metrics such as time to hire, applicant pipeline, and candidate sourcing.
I've installed the HR Core and Lifecycle Enterprise plugins but don't see any recruitment module. Does ServiceNow provide this, or do I need to build a custom module?

From what I have read currently there is not one present. ServiceNow has however is integrating with a company I believe to fix this issue. I have been looking for the same stuff and currently can not find anything.

There is a "Hiring Core" module that covers pretty much all of that, however documentation on it seems a bit light. I stumbled across it trying to get Opportunity Marketplace on the ESC portal working as expected. Opportunity Marketplace has an Internal Jobs tab, but any opportunity created using that feature does not show up on the Internal Jobs tab. Some research has indicated that supposedly content is displayed from the sn_ta_hiring_core_job_requesition and sn_ta_hiring_core_job_posting tables, but it also filters based on position role (notionally the Employee Profile role??), matching on skills (but then also there are massive inconsistencies in skills and across multiple different areas), and finally also matching on Aspirations (set in the Talent Development Core module - which shows up as Career hub on the ESC).
I get the distinct impression that all content in this area is quite new and so trying to find info and course learning is very difficult.

Hi Stuart - Can you help me how got the plugins to work.
I installed/activated Talent Development Core and Opportunity Market Place, I was not able to find the ''hiring core'' module/plugin. I want to see how this looks in Employee center. Can you please provide the step. Thanks!
