The availability of catalogs should be based on their access to the catalog items/record producers. Are you saying that for these particular group members they are seeing the catalog items for catalogs they should not? If so, confirm the User Criteria on the "Available for" and/or "Not Available for" for those items. Or are you allowing access to some Catalogs browse page, where they can filter the Catalogs and see all in their drop-down? Please provide more detail on what you are experiencing as those users.
