Relevant For You Widget is not working - Error

This widget is working in every instance, DEV/TEST/UAT, except PROD.   

Can not figure out what is causing the error.   I've searched all over, so figured before reaching out to HI about it.   I would ask the community.  

If I F12 the browser, this is the error it is producing:

I see it fine in editor.

Can you confirm the widget has not been modified in PROD and that the Employee Center Core application/plugin is on the same releases in all the instances?
