Not sure on the forum to choose for this but...
I understand the decision making behind not letting people reopen closed INCs in ServiceNOW.
I am just looking to see if I can reopen a couple INCs, change their title for some reporting reasons, and then close them again.
Is there an easy way, or a "standard" process in which this can be done?
Please disregard this as I was able to modify the tItles rather easily. I was able to just deactivate the UI Policy for making the fields read only after close, make the changes, and then make the policy active again.
