Rich Media Page - AI Search Results Directs to Backend Record

Hello,

 

We are using Content Experience to create rich media sites that roll up within our various topics within EC pro. When a user searches for a term that appears on that page, we are seeing a record that can be clicked on after configuring search to show portal content, however this record is redirecting to the backend content record instead of taking the user to the page that this rich media content resides on portal side. 

 

I've looked at some of the EVAM templates and what not, but in my own testing and experimenting it seems like the table/sys_id structure that you can use to configure the JSON payload can't be setup in such a way that it directs the end user to just the page on the portal itself. Have any of you guys had success with this?

Was there any update on this issue? We are experiencing the same issue in our instance with Rich Content and News articles.

@Jon Durden & @tnared , we have logged PRB1850631. 

The issues mentioned here were only introduced in XP6 and YP0, and have already been fixed in XP7 and YP1.

@Pooja_Patil I am facing similar issue when user clicked on the result from Virtual agent then it is redirecting to backend view, but it is working fine in portal search. Could you please help if there could be any additional configuration is required for VA?
