Search bar on Corporate Services of ESC Portal isn't working?

Hi, Good day!

We have used 'Topic context' widget on 'emp_taxonomy_topic' page of ESC Portal to display the catalog items as per taxonomy topics (Corporate services, HCM, SCM, etc.)

But the search button is working for HCM and SCM but it isn't working for Corporate Services.

Is it something because of upgrade?

Need some help on this.
