Service Portal URL with ticket number

Hello,

 

We are trying to simplify the Service Portal URLs by using the ticket number rather than the system identification number. Is there a way to do so in the Service Portal? We checked the documents Page navigation in Service Portal by URL (servicenow.com), ServiceNow-How to get a record (INCIDENT/REQUEST/CHANGE) - Stack Overflow and Navigate to a record or module using a URL (servicenow.com); however, we couldn't come up with any alternative.

 

The idea behind is by inserting the ticket number, we would be able to create buttons with URLs that redirect users to their ticket.
