Hi team,
In the ESC portal we are using one specific knowledge base,in that we have some categories, i want to show one of it categories and it subcategories as well on the portal,
categories design >>
Knowledge base >> XYZ
>>NEWS (XYZ child category)
>>>> general news (news sub-category)
>>>> process news (news sub-category)
>>>> { and so on....}
we have one static side pane which is used for navigation,
there i want to add a button which will route to news category, there it will show the subcategories at one column and its related article on another column in the portal, i am using OOB KB widgets but it is showing all the categories..
can some suggest me how i can implement this?
i was thinking about taxonomy also can i use this here?
please guide me on this..
