Sources box is not showing esc portal

Sources box(right side ) ,  Please provide the steps on how to configure it to show that box.

@jaiho_rai no configuration is required for this, it should appear OOB.

can you see if your portal search sources is configured correctly. ans is the screenshot from your PDI?

Hi @jaiho_rai 

The Sources box is OOB , but if you don’t see it, the page may not contain the widget by default.

You can check it by doing the following:

1. Go to Service Portal Configuration and click on Designer.

   

2. In the search bar, type the page ID you want to check, for example: sw_search .

   

3. Open the page from the results.

4. If it’s missing, you can add the widget manually to the container you want, then Save & Publish.
