Test Scenarios - Now Assist

Hello!

 

We are implementing Now Assist for EC Pro and HRSD. Are there best practice testing scenario guidance that anyone could provide? Thanks in advance!

Now Assist is quite broad term. Are you talking about chatbot, AI skills, agentic workflows, ... or what exactly?

 

And the testing scenarios will strongly depend on what you implemented and what do you expect from it... I don't think there's universal list of steps to validate the capabilities. Now Assist is using generative AI and the results are dependent to the Knowledge Articles, Catalog Items, and legacy records such as incidents to give you the outputs.

 

Maybe you can make a list of what was implemented and then focus to find criteria to measure or review whether it meets your requirements or not.
