The summary of the approval on the left pane on My Task

Hi all,

I have successfully modified the knowledge article approval widget via To-Do configurations but I failed to modify the information that appears on the left pane.

You see that on the left, it still shows "Approve Request" and that's it! 

Does anyone know how I can modify that box?

Hi,

In To-Dos Configuration make sure you have done changes mentioned in the picture below

If still not appearing, Can you show me/check once yourself, the backened view of the Approval record for the selected approval. I tried on my instance it only shows when there's no record selected for the approval.

I played a bit with it and figured out that it works only when I choose "Approving" field. 

It is because on Approval table, for kb_articles, approval for is not populated.

So, we need to choose Approving.

Can you please guide how you configured 'To- do Task configuration'  as Knowledge is Non Task Table.
