Unable to change taxonomy

In the documents for setting up Employee Center it notes to Clone the existing taxonomy (Employee) and then change to the one you created, this way you can revert if needed

We cloned Employee and called it IT Taxonomy

When I go to the portal page and down the taxonomies, I can hit Edit and I can see my new one

But when I move it over and hit save, I get the error

One I remove the Employee one, then hit save, I get the error you Must have one taxonomy and it reverts back to this

Any ideas?

Hi  Brian Sorensen,

You can add only taxonomy to the portal. In the slush bucket move the "Employee" from right to left, and have only "IT Taxonomy" associated.

Mark this answer as correct, if this fixes your problem.

NVM, even though I was in the scope to do the work, it wasn't taking it as me in the scope..

Logged out and back in and now it worked

However, now I lost my navigation bar and have to sort that out

Hello @Brian Sorensen

Go to portal configurations under employee center and under Taxonomies, add the new one you created and remove the default one.

Please refer the below thread:

Kind Regards,
