Unable to Create Reservation from Employee Center

Hello
We have both the Employee Center and the Workplace Service Delivery installed in our ServiceNow instance, however, the Make a Reservation Content Item cannot be accessed from the Employee Center portal. It is just not visible except if you have an admin permission. The View My Reservations Content Item is visible to any user.
Is there a role that someone needs to access this Content Item?

Bump. Essentially, the issue appears to be that the Make a Reservation Content Item topic is only visible to admin users. Would like to know why non admins can't see this item.
