Unable to find Dashboard in SOW

Hi,

 

Me and my team are unable to find Dashboard in SOW homepage. How can we get back to normal 

Can anyone guide us on this.

Which covers things like Configurable workspaces.

 

However while you are here, Service Operations Workspace has a new method of managing access, not specifically through roles. Have you set this up correctly for users? It looks like maybe folks don't have access to the widgets present on that page for reporting.

 

You can validate this by having an admin look at the Workspace, and see if the data is populating for them. If so, that means it's an access issue

Yes, we all have admin access and its working fine earlier. Suddenly we are facing the issue, we didn't work on it/changed anything. We are unable to find the issue how it got happened.

Any suggestions on this pls

It definitely looks to me like something has been changed/edited. Had you at some point tried to change the page or were you using fully OOTB? 

 

If this is not a PDI I'd suggest raising a case with HI Support to investigate if you are certain no changes were made.

 

Below is what OOTB looks like in my instance, you can see where no data is present, it still loads just showing that. 

 

Only time I've seen issue in your screenshot is when there is an access issue, or the underlying page/data components have been changed incorrectly.

Hello - did you find the solution to this issue? I'm having a similar problem in a different workspace.
