Hi All,

In our requirement we have2 different knowledge articles like "Test_HR_benefit", "Test_HR_payroll" both are part of same knowledge base & have 2 different user criteria for Payroll & Benefit. We have created 2 custom roles for Payroll, benefit & 2 groups like Payroll & benefit.

In Criteria we have added payroll related custom role & group for Payroll user criteria same as benefit. But problem here is payroll group member able to see both benefit & payroll knowledge article, expected is only payroll article same thing happened for Benefit. Please assist in here.

Custom Payroll & benefit roles are added to the Payroll & Benefit groups as well. But it's not working.

Hi @abirakundu23 ,

You can utilize the user criteria diagnostic tool to investigate why access for knowledge article is as it is.

try to perform User Criteria Diagnostics and see what's the issue

are you sure that group member doesn't have the other role?

Hi @abirakundu23

Navigate to the portal> Open your portal record> under the knowledge base related list add the knowledge base of the article which you are seeing in the above error image.
