Users with HR profile

Hi,

For the Quick links widget, I've to make one of the Quick link visible only to 'Users with HR Profile'.

Please assist how can I achieve this ? Is there will be any User criteria available for HR profile users' ? or should create a one

Hi @Janu sree ,

U might need to create one new user criteria for ur record. Or u can create a read ACL on the table where u created quick link n then grant read access to ur record only for HR users role.

For creating a new user criteria, Does the HR profile users will be associated  specific role ? so by using that role can we restrict this quick link visibility to HR-profile users ? 

Can u help if there is any script for reference ?

Hi @Janu sree ,

You need to identify which all users need access for that quick link when u say HR profile. Because there are many diff roles in it. U can grant access to role ending with user which comes under HR profiles. If u going with user criteria u don't require any script. Just mention the role & u will be good.
