Dear,
A communication have been sent out that with the new 24.0.4 Employee Center Pro update video content can be published on the Content Experience.
Are there anyone experience the same issue that this is not working? Somehow the Content Experience widget is still not selectable on the Content Library - video for publishing.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Make sure the scripts include cd_ContentDelivery is the updated version. If there was customization to this script, it will not pick up the updated script on upgrade and it will not process video data. The result is it will default to a blank.do instead of the video.

You'll want to make sure you're using Styled Content "Video" style and not the "Video" content type to schedule your video banner on the Content Experience Widget. Hope that helps! --Corey

That is partly the magic trick. Although in the article there is a link to add the Video Content item.
Now im facing an issue whereby the video is being displayed in the rich text content (preview).. but on the dashboard page.. it is not being shown. Just one big empty area where the video should supposed to be displayed there.

Can you send a screenshot of your configuration? Also, the link you're using? Thanks! --Corey
