Dear,
A communication have been sent out that with the new 24.0.4 Employee Center Pro update video content can be published on the Content Experience.
Are there anyone experience the same issue that this is not working? Somehow the Content Experience widget is still not selectable on the Content Library - video for publishing.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Make sure the scripts include cd_ContentDelivery is the updated version. If there was customization to this script, it will not pick up the updated script on upgrade and it will not process video data. The result is it will default to a blank.do instead of the video.

Got it, thanks! Indeed this is strange that it's not showing up. One last request, would you please click on the Publish tab and show me your configuration there? Thanks! --Corey

One other reason could be that the Video link that has been added is not the Embedded one: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center...
"Note: Only YouTube and Vimeo videos are supported at this time. Ensure you use the embedded video link."
You can follow these steps but instead of taking the entire HTML, copy only the Video URL within that HTML and use it in the Video Link.
Hope this helps.
