Virtual Agent stopped working

Hey guys,
I've created 3 custom flows for the Virtual Agents on my ServiceNow Instance. However, after multiple tests which worked just fine, the VA suddenly stopped working. At the moment it doesn't display anything, regardless of wether I'm accessing it via the System Admin account or impersonating another user.
Any idea on how to restart the VA or what the root cause may be ? (no relevant logs were found, is there any specific table where I can see logs related only to the VA ?)
