What role is needed to have approvals appear on the users view?

What specific roles are needed for this to appear for a user so they can see what they need to approve, especially if they already CAN see it on the platform UI in the backend, but it's not showing on the employee center view?

@Kevin Burck  That is widget used there. Need to check configuration of it.

Hold ctrl and right click on that click widget in editor.

 

see name of widget. Send me name

@Kevin Burck Hi Kevin in the OOTB version of the Employee Center, you need at least the 'approval_user' role.
