Hi all,-
I would like to know how APM relates to the hardware and software models. how/ where will I see the business application version and how do these get populated?
I know this is a very basic question, Just started explore APM and the Basics of these data models.
Regards,
Paul

The relationship between server and sw/he is usually happening as part of the ServiceNow visibility (discovery), and APM is leveraging this, to calculate the business risk regarding end of life (end of support dates)

Thanks @Doron Orbach . Can you explain this in detail ? for example, I have an application ex: "Accessstage" and I have all its downstream and upstream relationships and Architecture type is web, and application type ins COTS and the platform is in windows. now how does this SW/HW model come into this APM? I see the only option in the form is model id. is this some thing that needs to be done?
