Sustainable IT plugin not showing up on instance

Hello,

I am interested in the ESG functionality and was pleased to see the recent launch of the Sustainable IT plugin, however despite it showing that it is installed I don't see it's functionality appearing.

Forgive me if I am overlooking something.

I have installed the plugin on a dev instance of Vancouver.

The instance shows that the plugin is installed and I can choose the application scope, yet I don't see a menu item appearing to access the workspace.

The documentation states that the Hardware Asset Plugin has to be installed and activated.

I seem to be able to access the asset management workspace, assuming this is what is being referred to, but what am I supposed to activate to get Sustainable IT to work?

Pity that this is not going to work on a PDI, how is one supposed to gain knowledge and help sell to clients without trying things out?

Looks like I need to find an alternative solution to Sustainable IT then 😕

This is an old question but can I clarify that the Sustainable IT Dashboard requires Hardware Asset Management to be active in order to render the visualisations?

The store app dependencies notes "ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management. NOTE: this is not installed as dependency but is expected to be active." but this is a bit vague to me - does it mean HAM must be installed for the dashboard to work?

I ask because on a PDI with ESG and all the other dependent applications installed and the relevant Metric Definitions activated, I can see the icon for Sustainable IT in ESG Workspace but it's blank with the message "Required plugins not installed. Please install the necessary plugins to continue." I assume this is because HAM is not installed, and cannot be installed on a PDI. If so please can I ask ServiceNow enable HAM on PDIs - this has been an ongoing issue since HAM was released, aside from GenAI features it is the only major plugin not available on PDIs and it is not ideal to suggest that implementers only gain experience with the Sustainable IT Dashboard through customer or vendor instances.
