Field Service - Newly linked Smart Assessment template appears Unpublished in Questionnaire

Hi @SalmatO 


I have created a Smart Assessment Template in Assessment workspace and Published. When I try to create a new Questionnaire in 'wm_questionnaire' by default its creating with Type=Survey but somehow I have changed it to 'Smart Assessment' type even after which my questionnaire remains 'Unpublished' state. Because of which system could not trigger assessment to agent mobile app. Please assist.

With regards to case update, its now working fine for us after Enabling 'Use Smart Assessment' under Field Service>Administration>Configuration. 
When we create a questionnaire record it sets Type to Smart Assessment and able to get assessment instance to mobile app.
