FSM Actual work start is been readonly during assigned , accepted, work in progress , completed

Hi Team,

 

In Work order Task there is a field called "

Actual work start" which is made readonly during assigned, accepted,work in progress, completed states even for admins. I want this to be editable and how can i make it editable. I checked ui policies, client script, data policies, ACl's, script includes, business rules and couldnot find anything . Could you please help. Attaching screenshot for reference.

Hi @Community Alums OOTB it is Editable. Maybe some customization is made on. Refer this KB Article to Determining why a field is Read Only
