You can create and reuse a checklist for FSM Work Order Tasks by following these steps:

Configure the Form Layout: Open the Work Order Task form and configure the form layout as required.

Add Checklist Items: Click the down arrow next to the Checklist option and add the required checklist items.

Save as a Template: Once you have configured the checklist, you can save it as a template.

Reuse the Template: You can reuse the saved template for other Work Order Tasks whenever needed.

Hi @Ramkumar V,

Adding to the reply above: once you have saved a checklist as a template, you can have it applied automatically instead of loading it on each task.

1. Build the checklist once. Open a Work Order Task with the Checklist formatter on the form, add the items, then use the checklist menu to save it as a template.
2. Make sure the Template Management for Field Service plugin (com.snc.fsm_template_management) is active and you have wm_admin.
3. Go to Field Service > Template Management > Work Order Task Templates (or open your Work Order Template). In the task section, set the Checklist template field to the template from step 1.
4. If you use a Work Order Template, the Request information section also has its own Checklist template field for the work order itself.
5. Map the task template to the work order template(s), with conditions if needed, and Submit.
6. Create a work order from the template and confirm the tasks are generated with the checklist already populated.

This keeps it fully OOB with no scripting, and changes to the template only affect new tasks.
