I’m currently configuring the Field Service Mobile (FSM) app using Mobile App Builder and I want to make attached Knowledge Articles available offline for technicians.
In the documentation said, i can do it, because if I set the app to offline an then click to article or attached article. It doesn’t show the content.

thanks @SalmatO , the attached article worked for me,
i think the confusing part was the procedure (it's wrong)... and ''attached'' should probably mention attachment... to be more precise,
and also providing feedback to offline KB (which dont work?)

i just tested it, and i get a "not available offline" pop up when i click on a KB from the ''related'' tab in the WOT or when i click on the KB direct link in the WOT activity stream.
i found this Knowledge articles on Mobile Agent
it says the opposite of the link you referred/or now learning.
maybe we are missing a config?? Configure data items in offline mode

@Thao Nguyen1 @Joshua Chen FX I might have been incorrect, taking a second look. Thanks Joshua for that link you provided
according to the Yokohama/Vancouver Field Service Management documentation, Knowledge Base (KB) articles that are attached to a Work Order Task (WOT) in the Now Mobile Agent are accessible in both online and offline modes servicenow.com+8servicenow.com+8servicenow.com+8.
Specifically:
-
If a KB article has been attached to a WOT, it is downloaded and cached locally when the technician syncs or starts offline mode.
-
The article can then be viewed even without network connection, which helps in field scenarios with no internet access.
Lets try this
-
Make sure the KB article is attached to the Work Order Task record.
-
Enable and configure offline caching in the Field Service Mobile app (e.g., Request Offline, relevant plugins).
-
Have the technician sync or start the offline session before losing connectivity.
