Sent/received emails not showing up in activity log

I'm looking for a little guidance or pointers to achieve this goal. 

We have a requirement to add email to the Work Order Task (WOT) OOB this function isn't available.

I have activated Email in the "More options" dialog and can see the email when sent from the WOT in the sys_email table.

On Activity i have checked "Sent/Received Email" but nothing is being shown.

When i go to Configure/ Related list - Email is missing from the list.

Is it possible to get Email on the Related List and or having it populated in the Activity?

Hello Jaspal:

I am on Tokyo. Send/Receive email is not an option for me now to pick for activity log
Also, I do have the property set for roles itil and oddly 'send/receive' is no longer an option. I have: email 
Emails - autogenerated and Emails - corresponence.  See the two attachments for what I mean.
I have used the new email translations on my notifications for french users, and I want the emails to show in incident activity log in french for them. Not english so I wonder if this is where I start?
I followed this document to set up my french translations>

I followed this document. and All works but the email still shows English for my user in activity log of incident:
