New Risk and Compliance Enhancements on the ServiceNow Store

For all of you who have been waiting for the next round of enhancements for Risk and Compliance, the wait is over.  There have been many new enhancements just released on the ServiceNow Store for almost every application in the Risk portfolio of products. Business Continuity released several automation enhancements:

Operational Resilience updates include:

• Scenario analysis
• Create & maintain business services
• Importance & Tolerance assessments
• Self-attestations
• Track BCM profiles based on pillars

Vendor Risk Management now has a:

• New 3^rd party vendor portal
• 3^rd party score framework

And some new common capabilities include:

• Inheritance of Confidentiality
• Sync with entity owner
• Entity class rule filters
